SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship goods as soon as possible after payment. Delivery will generally take 2-5 working days depending on what time your order was placed and where it needs to be delivered to. Explore Sensory will not be responsible for any delays in delivery outside of its reasonable control. We deliver goods anywhere within New Zealand and Australia.

PRIVACY POLICY

as per privacy act 2020

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:​

  • contact information

  • location

  • computer or network

  • billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to:

  • Send a product they have purchased.

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

  • Courier in order to Send their products they have purchased.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter address, contact details or payment details, we cannot send them the product they desire.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at admin@exploretherapy.co.nz, or 0225328723.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Yes, we have a 14-day refund policy if you change your mind . Simply contact admin@exploretherapy.co.nz and return item to the following address; 90 Twin Oak Avenue, Pāpāmoa Beach, Pāpāmoa, 3118. 

 

To be eligible for refund, your product must be unused in the same condition as it was delivered. Please not, the cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility.

Please note, Explore Sensory has trial options for the sensory body sock and weighted vests, if you are unsure whether this product would work for your child. Contact us on 0225328723 or email admin@exploresensory.co.nz for more information.

In case of a fault, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement if you prefer. In this case we will cover the cost of shipping.

Please note, returns due to faults or damage must be reported to Explore Sensory within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be processed until product is returned. Refunds will either be issued by credit to your credit card or deposited into your account.
